review 1: Read most of this book and mostly enjoyed what I read. The stories are interesting and most fascinating when the author is relating dialogue and perspective from the experts she walks with. The narrative of the author's own thoughts drags a bit and can get pretty repetitive. It's certainly worth a read, though, and I loved the concept! Good reminder to try and be mindful and aware and not slip into complacency.
