review 1: It is a gripping story of a hi-tech engineer in silicon valley during dot-com years in 2000s. It tells the travails of a brilliant engineer working hard but completely ignoring the role of harsh investors and cunning financiers in the industry. Only when he realizes it, he gets enlightened about work and life. Although set in dot-com era this techno-business story is relevant to any era! Read it and enlighten yourself!!

... moregot confused about certain things going on. I did like the main character, alot of his lil witty sayings cracked me up. There was a lot of wit which I did enjoy. I think if it wasn't for the the fact that some parts had me literally laughing out loud, I probably would've given it 2/5 stars. I suggest picking this up if you have an interest in the corporate world or stories about the "man" holding you down. less
