review 1: OMG I'm so happy I decided to read book 2 after being a little disappointed in book 1. The angst and mood of this book had me hooked, I couldn't put this one down!We picked up right where we left off in Access All Areas. Lily is about to go to London to do her piece on Tristan and his history, and Tristan, is well.. he's Tristan.I loved getting to see a more open and honest (sometimes) version of Tristan, and there were parts of the story that had me almost crying, especially when Lily was talking to people from his past. Tristan is the epitome of a broken rock star and his character really shows this.We got to see a lot of good and a lot of bad in this story, and I think that's what made me want to devour this book. We got Tristan's back story, got to meet people from h... moreis past, and saw Lily continue to struggle with who she was and what she wanted. I loved the push and take of her and Tristan's relationship, even though sometimes I wanted to smack both of them so they would see what was in front of them.I will admit, how Tristan handled some things, really pissed me off. He's all about making sure that Lily trusts him, but when it's his turn to trust, he doesn't do it willingly and almost screws everything up. I was glad that Lily didn't just jump right back into his arms, but I could tell that Tristan really felt bad for what he did and how things played out. There are some scenes in this book that will have you laughing out loud, and others that will have you tearing up and others that will have you screaming. This book is an amazing read and will have you wrecked after reading it.
review 2: This book had a really hard time keeping my attention. I read it because I want to know how Tristan and Lilly's love story ended but I felt like all I got was a complete narrative of Lilly's emotions and exact descriptions of everywhere she went. There was an illusion of more back story and mystery on both of the main characters parts but you only get a small part of Tristan's and none of Lilly's. As far as steamy sex scenes there were like 2 kind of a let down compared to book one or maybe I was so bored I missed them. Overall it was a let down for me. less
