review 1: I was really looking forward to reading this book, and I have to say I was quite disappointed. I mean, Lily just bugged me with her quiet acceptance of everything Tristan did or said. Did Lily really want to be with Tristan or did she feel obligated to be with him. She never spoke her mind, feeling it just wasn't worth the effort to dispute him; kind of keep the diva happy and content. Tristan and AC bugged me with their hidden relationship that everyone seemed to know about. Come on, Tristan kept saying he loved Lily; we'll then come out and tell her your bi. AC kept telling her they had to talk yet never did. Everything was vague and alluded, a secret. Also, don't get me started on the writing. Have the time I felt liked didn't know what was actually going on or trying t... moreo be said. What's. With. The. One. Word. Sentences? Another thing, did anyone find Trevor kind of creepy sometimes. Everything with him had a hidden meaning, a secret look. We'll. at least I can say I finished this series, even though I didn't feel finished, or finalized. Nothing had a resolved feel to it. Yeah yeah I know he gave her a ring and said will you share with me, but nothing seemed decided on. Does this review seem like it doesn't make sense? Well that's what e book felt like to me.
review 2: I absolutely loved the first two books in this series. The final book was a disappointment. The plot was slow. The whole thing seemed to revolve around a love triangle and build up to a big steamy scene. However, when the scene occurs, the author tells you a bit about what is going to happen ahead of time and then after it, but the scene itself is not described. Tristan loves Lily throughout the book, and it is easy to see why, but why she sticks with him, besides the fact that he is a rock star, is hard to fathom. He doesn't treat her well. I really wish this would have been better. less
