review 1: I'm a sucker for pink glitter and cute white kittens. This is an adorable picture book where Princess Penelope, a kitten, and a ball of yarn run across each page. My daughter loved tracing her finger along the glittery yarn to follow the kitten. The rhyming text speeds the adventure along through the castle and grounds until Princess Penelope finally catches up with the sweet little kitten. There's a lot of pink and it's kind of cutesy, but it's lively and sweet too. 3.5 stars.
