review 1: I really enjoyed this story and I can't wait to read more of Aliyah Burke. The story line flowed well and I loved the heroine, Kassia. She gave me some laugh out loud moments with her thought processes and then touched me with how sweet she was and impressed me with fieriness! The love story was very sweet and didn't feel forced like it had to happen on Christmas. It felt like things just naturally happened that way.
review 2: Contemporary holiday short story about Kassia Green and Heath 'Rebel' Dixon who are thrown together by Kassia's cousin who has them both house sitting (apartment-sitting) in Massachusetts for Christmas. She has just had a terrible trip North when she literally walks into Heath naked (he was taking a nap when she noisily showed up).Heath D... moreixon is a retired Army veteran who is best buddies with Balt, Kassia's cousin who owns that apartment they are staying in. Heath is in lots of pain and still healing form his POW days so he is more then gruff with Kassia, he is kind of mean to her. She can take it, but should she? Heath may be really hot, but I don't like abusive dudes, they deserve to be alone in life instead of attracting intelligent hot ladies. Heath works on apologizing for his bad attitude and the usual happens between the two. Nothing surprising or original in this story and there are some obvious errors like 'moment' which should be movement so someone should edit it again.60 pages and free on All Romance site2 stars less
