review 1: Neat idea and a bit of a page turner... but I cannot argue that this book has literary merit. The dialogue seemed very contrived (sort of necessary since the only way Jenny could learn anything about Jessie would be if the other characters narrated their past). I get that the whole thing is about identity and allowing your true self to shine, a nice sentiment. Just sort of "meh" in my opinion, but fine if you want a light and fluffy beach read!
review 2: Pretty funny with some very touching and some funnier moments. While it was difficult to get behind her with the crazy path she was going down, I still found Jenny relatable and a good character.
