review 1: I never expect too much from the adult paranormal fiction paperbacks I get from the library but this one surprised me. I really want to give it 3.5 stars. I saw a lot of reviews from other people calling it a YA novel. The library where I got it had it listed as adult fiction and I completely agree with that. Although the sex scenes are not as graphic as a lot of paranormal adult fiction, they still are plenty. The two main characters are always going at each other. This book would probably be enjoyed by an older teen, maybe a senior in high school but I dont think any younger that so I think having it catalogued as an adult item makes more sense. The characters are in their 20s, the vampire is 306 but was 27 when he was turned. I should have counted how many times the mal... moree character "covered her mouth with his", I wanted to buy the author a thesaurus because she used that phrase way too many times. Overall it was a good read though and entertained me more than I expected.
