review 1: It was a surprisingly good book, There are very interesting twists and the book has an intriguing plot. The only thing is that the events are not completely described, every new happenings in the book are raw to the core, they are not analyzed in detail, just sort of this happened and that happened. The characters in the book are still sorta misty. It 's like the author can not make up her mind who is the bad guy and who is the good guy. If the book was re-written maybe it would have warranted a five star...
review 2: Eh... It was okay, the story seemed exciting at first but I didn't feel like momentum was really building, more just cruising along throughout the book. Sometimes you read a book and as you read you keep thinking that the book gets even more awes... moreome with each page turned. I just didn't get that feeling from this book and reading the summaries of the next two books reinforced my decision to not continue reading the series. less
