review 1: The premise of this book is what caught my attention. I enjoyed the beginnings of the book and getting to meet the characters, but after that it started to fall apart for me a little. I love a book that is really character driven and find it really hard to be invested in a story in which the characters are really just not likeable. I would have liked to feel a little more sympathy for the main characters and not feel annoyed by their actions.
review 2: Sometimes humorous, sometimes painful, always real. Amy Sue Nathan creates a tremendously believable heroine trying to learn the art of forgiveness in the one situation most of us would never, ever consider forgiving, were we in her shoes. I never could like Nicole, and I didn't realize how deeply invested in

I had a hard time with the main character - she was hard to like. The premise of the story was good.

Lots of fluff, very little substance. Not a complete train-wreck, but won't be reading again.

The title is clever, but I guess I just wasn't in the mood---not the author's fault, I guess.

It was an interesting premise, but somewhat formulaic.
