review 1: Is there anyone out there who knows Detective Chief Inspector Montalbano books? They are wonderful whodunnits by Andrea Camilleri and they are written in his original Sicilian dialect. Don't ask me how come I can understand it, because I still have to figure out that myself. LOL. This last installment (#22, no less) gives us the usual snapshot of the Mafia environment C.I. Salvo Montalbano has to deal with day in day out. With the help of his Deputy Augello and Constable Fazio, our Chief Inspector is sure to give organized crime a hard life again.#TeamCatarellaForPresident

La vecchiaia incombe, la pensione si avvicina. Il romanzo è scritto con lo stile di sempre, ben congegnato, ancorché sapevo come andava a finire da quando appare... In un giallo non puoi parlare troppo perché c'é il rischio spoiler. less
