review 1: Loved the story, my heart hurt for Dakota but I really admired him for the choice he made. Wally took a little longer for me to warm up to but I ended up loving him also. Their relationship progressed fast but that was the point of the story I suppose....when it's right...it's right. Lots of sexy times, and my lord, Dakota loves the rimming....lol. Overall, a good summer read. You should definitely check it out.
review 2: This is my first book by this author and it is a great story .. Liked the way the same develops and how Dakota finally after years of knowing his sexuality opens up to his true self. He has sacrificed for his dad and to take care of him. He meets Wally when he comes to visit his ranch with one of the few friends Dakota has named Phillip. Wally... more and Dakota liked each other instantly but struggle with different points of view ... Wally loves animals and as a veterinarian he wants to protect them. Dakota has to also protect his ranch... What is really good about the way the story develops is that they communicate with one another. Also regardless of the dad being sick He supports Dakota and helps him understand that his happiness is first. Eventually with the help of both Phillip and his dad He knows what He needs to do before Wally goes back home from vacation. ... And He shows him ... Wally and Dakota's love is beautiful ... Pride in what they really want ... less
