review 1: The reason why the manga is labeled as an adult ones, is because the plot and the theme will make the child cry. Even I, who read this at the age of fourteen, felt so confused and wanted to cry because I don't understand some things. The "madness" thing. It's going to drive me crazy, too.The art in the first few volumes isn't that great. I dropped this series at volume two or three because of that reason. But the story was so original that get me back to read until the end. I was happy while proceed with this manga, because the author's art is improving. The latest volume has good art. I enjoy reading this, nevertheless.I don't like Maka, honestly. She was the typical smart girl who wants to be perfect, frustrated when she felt like was left behind. I know, I know; everyon... moree felt like that something, it's usual. But for my behalf, hating a character like Maka (Hermione, Mizuki, Sakura [Annabeth is an exception]) is usual, just like a must. I can't help it.I didn't interested in Soul, at first. But after the story goes on, I fell deeper for him. His character was more well-written by the end of the story. I am annoyed by Black Star, too, in the beginning. But then, I like him even more. I'm starting to give Maka attention too, she's not that bad.The one who has my heart from the start until the end is Death the Kid (I probably has a thing for "death": Anubis, Nico di Angelo, Gaara, Thanatos). His love for symmetry, I found it hilarious. I felt sad when he became a shinigami (god of death) and happy, because finally he was mature enough to handle death.(Anyway, does that mean he is not human? At least, he must be a demigod, right?)I haven't reach the ending yet, but I believe it'll be amazing. When I have the time, I'll review the ending.
review 2: This book is awesome, this book is to collect 99 soul and one witch soul the main character are maka and soul, maka is who that user and soul be a weapon to fight evil monster they meet lot's of friend and help each other to do quest, it really funny book and nice to read. This book does not only simply like other monster hunter stuff, they need to gain more power to defeated the most power character less
