review 1: Rhett....Abbie... Loved every single minute of it. I love Christmas books and movies, so this was an automatic, no brainer, I was going to like it. Well, I LOVED it! Rhett is definitely the type of man EVERY woman wants - that will fight for the one he loves and won't leave or back down. He was there every single time Abbie needed him. Ava puts such detail into her books, during the scene where she is making the gingerbread houses, I could visualize it as I was reading. The holiday's making romance so much more breathtaking! Great job on another home run Ava!
review 2: Abbie doesn't really stand a chance when Rhettt makes up his mind to convince her they are meant to be together. His perseverance is to much to ignore. His willingness to change his persona and ... morehis "poker babes" go a long way in convincing Abbie. But the clincher is when he puts himself out there and serenades her, even though he couldn't carry a tune in a bucket! He wins her heart, lock - stock - and - barrel! less
