review 1: Not a lot of new information on a topic that I have read up on in the past. The relative importance of exercise seems to have been increased. There was a less of the 25 best ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity)foods - the so-called brain foods. If you want the list, email me at [email protected]. The book was a gift from my investment counselor so perhaps I should pay a little more attention to the topic (especially the part on weight loss).
review 2: Mixed. The first two-thirds were mostly feel-good anecdotes of how her friends were doing better in middle age - kind of ridiculous and not applicable.
