review 1: Basically, SIMON VS. THE HOMO SAPIENS AGENDA is the bright blaze of optimism I need like medicine but that tastes SO MUCH BETTER THAN MEDICINE. Seriously, it made me smile so widely. My heart grew ten sizes. I am quite probably a better, healthier, happier person after reading it. This is a glorious, glorious debut that features not only a timeless romantic plot hook (the enticing, anonymous email-sender, of course) but also characters who demand not only your attention, but your undying love as well. Absolutely, positively, highly recommended.
review 2: This is probably in my top five of 2014 reads- I absolutely adored this entire story and just want to wrap Simon in all the hugs because he's so damned likable! I completely swooned over Simon and his mystery b... moreoy (giving his name would be major spoiler) and their relationship was the sweetest, cutest, most satisfying, sigh-worthy thing ever! All the butterflies for their first kiss- so worth how much of the story we had to wait to get there! less
