review 1: Like the first one I read this book some time ago, maybe a year or more. I don't remember much but I remember liking it a lot. I couldn't even review the first one because I remembered literally almost nothing. It's very teen and text book fantasy paranormal. Jessica(book) is definitely a good read if you're into that. I am not a big fan of dark and creepy fantasy, though even if you prefer that I still think Jessica(book) will still be a very entertaining.
review 2: What?My biggest problem is as followed:What the hell happened to Jessica? Where is the kick-ass leader that we saw at the end of the last book? This is the only time I've really had the urge to tell someone to grow a pair. But that happened here. She just worried so much. Sometimes, you have to gro... morew up whether you like it or not. She didn't get that for a long while.Other then that, I enjoyed the book. However, I did find that the ending was a little bit predictable but that is ok.I did like getting to see all of my favourite characters again (including some new ones). I also enjoyed the fact that we got to learn a little bit more about Lucius and the vampire world that Jessica now calls home.I liked the first book better, but this one was alright once you get passed Jessica. However, I will promise you that she gets better! less
