review 1: I felt really sad reading the last few pages of the book, saying goodbye to all the characters and knowing that there won't be anymore Powell agency books. I really want to read more about Luke and Meredith, as well as rafe and Yvette even though her character irks me sometimes.It's a wonderful ending to a great series and I will definitely be reading these books again, thank you miss Beverly Barton,
review 2: yes, thank you, Beverley, this is better than 1 and possible 2 too. I liked 2, but this is different again and certainly full of suspense and has plenty of thrills as well. I liked the premise from a suspense/thriller point of view and would not be surprised if at least some of this book was partly true. Human beings can wallow in the depths of depravity ... moreas well as reaching the heights of greatness through creativity & achievement for the betterment of humankind. This book takes us on that journey and the classic fight for good over evil. All in all an enjoyable listen and narrated well. less
