review 1: Before you say anything about my rating of the book: I believe it´s a good book. Though not exactly something I could fully enjoy. ´Cus: 1. It was too sweet for me (well...hey) 2. It didn´t quite pull me in. And3. The end was just so much of a sweet bomb I was wondering how come there was no sugar melting into caramel around me.Just as I said. It´s a good book (for someone who´s into sweet romances). Readable also (otherwise I would left it right after reading few pages). Just not a style I quite dig...
review 2: A very sweet story with good characters. Gavin and Curtis are clearly meant for each other, but it takes the plotting of 10-year-old Bianca to make Curtis realize he's not as straight as he's always believed. The story got a bit heavy on back st... moreory now and then, some of which I think could have been left out or mentioned in passing, but the characters are well-defined and engaging and the story is laid out well. The tenderness between the two main characters and Bianca is palpable. Definitely one of the better Christmas stories I've read this year. less
