review 1: This book was okay... But just not my cup of coffee. I didn't feel connected to the characters, and there was often so much going on that the book stressed me out! The insurgence of the Jihad terrorists and their connection to the tiny town ridden with Ebola seemed contrived. There were very gruesome scenes that I am now stuck with- particularly when the terrorists descend on the hospital. The novel did do one thing well. It does portray the mind of a terrorist, and the anti-American propaganda that they believe. It also describes the scary prospect of a highly contagious disease and the humanism required by everyone near. It touched on the fear of knowing something devastating is coming and how to prepare...This is the first book in a trilogy, but I won't be reading the ... morerest...
review 2: This is generally a well-written book. I found one case where the author used the word "lightEning" when he meant "lightning", but that is a minor quibble.Book 2 in the trilogy was supposed to come out in late Autumn of 2014. I'm writing this review on Christmas Eve 2014, so he has one week left in the year to accomplish that.Question: Since the title of the book is "Ebola K", why is there no "K" on the cover image shown? less

Ok Book, I was looking for more of a Virus story like the Hot Zone, but got a good book over all.
