review 1: Desde "El Señor de los Anillos" y "Harry Potter" no había vivido la magia y la fantasía con tanta intensidad. Esta saga me ha hecho retroceder en el tiempo y disfrutar como u niño durante mucho tiempo. He atrasado la lectura del último libro porque no quería que esta historia se acabara nunca.Cada libro ha sido mejor. La historia ha ido creciendo en fuerza, intensidad y originalidad. Los personajes han ido madurando a lo largo de toda la historia y así Seth, que era de los que menos me llamaban y se comportaba de forma más inmadura, acabó convirtiéndose en mi favorito.Aparecen un sinfín de personajes originales: hadas, dragones, unicornios, cambiaformas, sátiros, golems,fantasmas, demonios, trolls, brujas... todo lo que podáis imaginar, muy bien fundamentados ... morey estudiados. Aparatos mágicos y lugares maravillosos que despertarán la curiosidad del lector y lo atraparán en cada una de las páginas de esta pentalogía.Resumir el quinto libro es muy difícil sin meter algún spoiler, por ello sólo me queda decir que deberíais leer este libro. De principio a fin es una maravilla y es la saga más original y fresca que he leído este año (aunque sea literatura juvenil).La recomiendo por encima de todo y si no lo hacéis no sabéis lo que os perdéis.
review 2: All I can say really is that "Fablehaven: Keys to the Demon Prison" Blew my Mind.Just a freaking roller coaster not even a roller coaster... more like a launch into space.I felt there was no good place to stop and rest, I was so enthralled. I got my book around 6pm and honestly- I kept reading until I fell asleep. I woke up and my light was still on!Just that good.I'm just so blown away by the mind of Brandon Mull! When I first started the series I was impressed, and progressively every book has impressed and surprised me even more- all leading up to this- plot twists galore, a clear and intriguing writing style, loveable and 3-dimensional characters and that sense of excitement that starts from the second the book is in your grasp till the last word.If you've read the 4 preceding books there's no way you can resist this one. less
