review 1: I can't say it was the best book I've ever read. I was really, really excited about the idea of the book and I still love the idea, but it fell short of my expectations. I was really disappointed in the storytelling. I wish the writing had been executed differently. I'm not sure I will pick up another of Brenna Yovanoff's books. I didn't get all the explanation that I needed, and I felt like her writing was more for the young in young adult.
