review 1: The book was a quick read and fine for a VERY preliminary introduction to internet marketing basics, but I find it ironic that the slowest current medium for conveying information was used to explain the fastest evolving ecosystem in human history. Digg, for example, is basically dead. At best it is a primer now and requires newer texts to reach the same basic understanding it would have provided on it's own in 2009.
review 2: This is perhaps one of the most unremarkable Marketing books written. The main "lesson" it seems to be trying to get across is--build great web site content to make your web site popular. OK.To anyone who has any concept of what Web Marketing is about, this book's added value is roughly pamphlet sized. If you were a total newbie, then get
