review 1: A little bit disappointing for several reasons. Firstly I expected it to be longer, but it's only a short story; no more than a 90 minute read.Secondly, having been spoilt by the finesse of Lora Leigh when it comes to menage, I found this to be rushed and slightly coarse in places. There was no emotion or sensation from the characters, it was just lusty actions. There was no time to fix a suspension of disbelief in place. Would a woman really show up for a job interview at a ranch, discover all four workers there are drop-dead gorgeous and already couple up with each other, flip out, run away and then allow them to rescue her and take her back to their ranch, stopping en-route for a quick one in the truck before giving herself up completely to sleeping with them all straig... moreht away ... as in on her very first night? And why would said bi-sexual cowboys assume they could find a loving third-player wife from a simple job advert bio. In fact the whole concept of the the town of Daly is a stretch too far for the imagination; a town where many men choose to become bi-sexual because there aren't enough women. I don't think so. What about on-line dating ... or moving away?Plays Well with Others is a titillating read at best, and farcical at worst. It's got all the flames and none of the heat. This is one erotic series that's not for me.
review 2: Paisley? Who names a child Paisley? Probably the same one who names other children Moonbeam and River. Paisley drives a little hippie mobile which is not the best car in the country side for raising cattle. Paisley hits Daly to find a job as an office assistant. Little does she know, she's there to apply for a menage a trois.Apparently, in Daly, the men double up to a woman due to the ratios. All these cowboys are friendly with each other before they get down with a little filly. (I can't believe I just wrote that sentence.) Brent and Ace own the ranch that Paisley is looking for as a job opportunity. The question begs, is Paisley hired to fuck or to do paperwork? Why can't it be both? I look at this situation in two very different ways. The positive way is Paisley gets fringe benefits from two, sometimes four studly guys. The negative, she's a hired whore who also does some very boring paperwork. I dunno which one I believe is more realistic. Regardless of how Paisley is categorized, this story is sweet with some hot sex. None of it is too graphic, but just enough to get the juices flowing. I recommend this short and sweet smexy read to menage lovers. less
