review 1: Just finished reading this book and I loved it, Ms Crews has outdone herself with this story. This story is about the head of the Corretti family, I've read the other books about this family written by other authors but this one is the best. This is the story of Alessandro and Elena, how they meet at a ball and fell in love with one look across a crowded room. Passion between these two is explosive, uncontrollable, and hot,hot,hot! I could not stop reading this book, kept wanting to reach the end but didn't want the book to finish... I gave this book five stars and recommend it highly.
review 2: The darkness, the submissiveness is something we truly do not see in a regular Harlequins, yet reading about Alessandro and Elena in those lines was amazing. They both ... moreknew from the moment they set sights on each other that whatever, they were meant to be. Alessandro made me fall in love with him, the way he wanted all of Elena. The way he claimed her before he knew her name, the bluntness that he shows with which he wants her. Elena complimented him at each and every step, she gave back what she got, intensifying that zeal and passion.They burned for each other in the truest of senses, and did not hide it. Both realized they needed the other to soothe their rough edges. Absolutely amazing to read. less
