review 1: I enjoyed this book. Carla Neggers was able to "hook" me in the first chapter to want to get to know Olivia Frost, then her family and the small town of Knights Bridge. Unfortunately, I never felt like I got to know Dylan McCaffrey very well. I also thought that the end seemed to be a bit rushed. I didn't understand how Dylan "knew" that Olivia would follow him to England. All in all an enjoyable read and I look forward to reading the next book in this series.
review 2: One of the most interesting books I've read, plus I loved the writing style. I'll be honest about the interest-that was probably mostly because I was brought up in the area of the Quabbin Reservoir, where this book was set, and yet I never knew or cared to know the History. Now I can't wa... moreit to go back up there, visit the visitor's center and learn more of the history. And the love story itself was such a sweet romance. Some have said it was slow moving, but to me the pace was just right. I adored this book, and can't wait to read more of this series. less
