review 1: This book is about a friendship between Tarra and Bella. The only special part about this friendship is that Tarra is an elephant and Bella is a stray dog. Reading this book, students can learn that appearance does not matter between friends. They stayed together through bad and good. This would be a excellent book to read with the class to remind students that friends can look different or be different but still be good friends.

Bella the dog gets hurt in the Tarra the elephant guarded her to keep her safe and even camped out at the hospital until Bella was ok.
