review 1: so when reading this i was happy with it, it was alright and all the noises and possession stuuff gave me shivers! i liked the mystery and all...and loved reading about alan and aimee and i thought it was sweet and cool how they were with each other and understood what they were both going through , alan was awesome with his 'spirit warrior' stuff and like i cried and my heart skipped a beat when he was dead.....i-i....i was so glad he came back THANK AIMEE FOR THAT...i thought that was gonna e the end of him ...but yeah the mystery and stuff anout the river man was cool and creepy..and thats thanks to Carrie and Steven for great ,minds put together...
review 2: Fantastic. I read both the first and last pages in the same day, and yes, all those in between as we... morell. It was great. I loved the integration of Native beliefs and traditions into a 'modern' story of horror and posession. I fell in love with the characters and wished that I was in there with them, experiencing and feeling The River Man power.A novel of love, loss, fear, and demons. What's not to love? less
