review 1: I absolutely adored this book. I think Chris has such a way with images and bringing his characters to life individually but also in a group dynamic. I feel my heart reaching out for the twins, wanting to spend time with them and hear all of their stories about their trip through the Land of Stories. Chris Colfer is an inspiring author and should be a lesson to everyone that dreams can come true if you believe in them and aspire to reach your goals.
review 2: I really like how Colfer decided to end this one. I do wish that his characters would actually deal with things head on instead of getting help from outside forces, but considering that this is his third book in a calendar year, I can allow some things to pass. I think Colfer has promise and that is reall... morey what drives me to read his works. I am curious to see what he does with the third and final installment in The Land of Stories. less
