review 1: I knew after I read Chris Mooney's eshort intro novel "Falling" that I would love "The Killing House" and I certainly did it was fantastic all the characters were superb Malcolm Fletcher rox he is like a superhero except more exciting and real you could say he is the MAN. This novel was fast paced with lots of twists and turns.I thought the nasty character Marie Clouzot was a amusing name you can't help but think of Peter Seller's famous character Inspector Clousseau lol. I really hope this story does continue into a new series although this novel was published 2 years ago so I hope Chris Mooney gives us another Malcolm Fletcher adventure soon❤❤❤
review 2: This is a real edge of the seat thriller with a superb plot (albeit very disturbing) and an engaging
... more main character, Malcolm Fletcher. The pace is relentless, brilliantly researched and well scripted. You can get the basics of the plot from the back cover or from Goodreads if you are an ebook user, so no need to go into it here. All I can say is this is right up there with the best mystery and suspense American thrillers. Not for the squeamish though. less
