review 1: I wanted to read something hot and in the fiction category too. I didn't had to many expectations for this book, but I was sure that the sex scenes will be at least hot. Unfortuanly they apeared out of nowhere and they were lacking so much that they fels like an anatomy exam. After half of the book, and yes I know...I've read half of it, I was feeling like I should just watch some porn and it will be the same...BAD.I've read some Elora's cave books and they were ok but this one was not.
review 2: WHAT I EXPECTED.Page upon page os tackiness.A thin sci-fi story line that has little plot development and is often forgotten in the wake of forced and tackily written sex scenes that seem to appear out of no-where.WHAT I ACTUALLY THOUGHT.No-where near as bad as i thoug... moreht it was going tobe. The plot line, though a little thin, wasn't at all bad. And although the sex scenes were slightly forced, the author at least produced a good plot device to explain why they couldn't keep their hands off each other, rather than it just being raging hormones.Even though a happily-ever-after is kind of inevitable in books such as these, in this case is seemed a little fake. After keeping their relationship secret the whole book, in the end they were exempt from any repercussions just because it could be seen that they 'loved each other?' It just seemed a little convenient to me.The only other thing I had trouble with in this book was the use of language. At certain times the words and phrases used by that characters did not always seem to fit with that characters personality. Especially not Haylie.But other then these two small issues, this book was similar to a lot of other Paranormal Romance novels that I have read, just with a little ore attention paid to the sex. So overall I found it quite enjoyable. less
