review 1: Christopher Healy, you must have a brilliant mind and an extremely good sense of humor! You never cease to make me laugh! I loved The Hero's Guide to Saving Your Kingdom and it all happened one day when I was strolling in the library and wandered into the juvenile section to find it! I will never regret that little stroll to the children section! I'm surprised this book is in the children section of the library! It is thrilling and adventurous, the plot is riveting and amazing! And the pictures make the story so fun and incredibly addicting! The pictures have to be the best addition to the book along with the funny comments and use of dialogue. I will forever love Duncan and Snow, the two are so cute together and perfect for each other! I am hooked on the idea of Ella and ... moreLiam and Frederic and Rapunzel, but then I think what about Gustav? Haha maybe he will meet up with a girl! But anyway even though I am a teen this book showed me that it is okay to read a kiddy book every once and a while, cause you never know. That book may turn out to be just one of the best books you ever read!
review 2: I enjoyed this even more than the first installment, as did my daughter. The Princesses are much more involved in the story this time around. Emphasis continues to be on action, but there are budding romantic story lines as well. Will each Prince and Princess end up with who the fairy tales tell us is their destined soul mate, or will they claim for themselves who they are best suited to be with? The open end of this edition left the door wide open for installment #3 which has been purchased and is waiting patiently to be read. less
