review 1: The threat couldn't be more real. Garden gnomes are a dangerous breed and you need to be prepared. If you believe that, you need this book. I picked this up fully intending to flip quickly through the pictures, but somehow ended up sitting on my couch fully engrossed (and reading excerpts aloud, much to my husband's dismay). Assess your risk factors, learn prevention, and understand defensive measures to insure you're ready to handle impending garden gnome attacks--while laughing hysterically the whole time!
review 2: This is an hysterically superb little book on how to prepare yourself and your home for the onslaught of the Gnome hoards (and believe me they will come). Sambuchino has obviously spent many an hour planning and re-planning how and when the Gnome... mores may attack and how best to defend against such an occurrence. Filled with useful hints and tips and do and don'ts this is a must have for those who wish to survive the Gnome Uprising. less
