review 1: I read this awhile back and realized I reviewed on amazon and not here so PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF.. Can't understand all the good reviews for this book...this is Sooo far out there.it's just crazy..I don't ever read a book and expect everything in it to be believable but this is ridiculous...I'm supposed to believe that TWO intelligent DOCTORs came across a wreck with lots of blood..and never called for help or took the girls to the hospital..instead they did a Frankenstein experiment on Two kids..and left the town....No one found out..what about the accident scene..investigation..the other girls body...this is horrible...Two families are wondering what happened to their kids...and then the girls just ok with it...flash to 2 years later visiting one of the families..then it'... mores over..What??...yes they saved one of them..but really?? What they did was unbelievable and wrong..and too far out there for me..I don't expect everything to be believable but don't insult my intelligence?!?!?
review 2: This story is one of the most clever plots I've read. It had me guessing all the way to the end! Cindi Madsen's characters are endearing and believable. I totally fell for Spencer and rooted for Liv to figure out the truth of her accident. And just when you think you've figured out exactly the path Madsen ultimately has for Liv, you'll be amazed where this is heading. I truly, thoroughly loved this story and can't wait to read more of her books. less
