review 1: Very fast read :) I do have to say though, I was surprised to find out who the "head" was of the operation. My heart does break for Maria though, because she did not get the expectation she wanted when she got off of the ship for her archaeological find, because she had always wanted to be part of an archaeological dig, but I do have to say, she did get her wish as to "discover" the temple. I am so glad that Jake and Caitlyn finally made it official as well.

Lyons manages to keep the suspense and action going for the entire novel and that is the main reason that this book keeps you engaged. Lyons also brings her knowledge of medicine and the horrors of her profession to make Hollow Bones into a must read. (She is a pediatric ER Dr.) If you were not a fan of Ms. Lyons before starting this book you will be at the end of this book. less
