review 1: This series was amazing! I definitely recommend it to anyone who loves action, romance, and a great story. Every book in the series is action packed and full of loving moments between all the characters. Even the plot twists and seemingly random side stories end up becoming important in the story as a whole. This last book wrapped everything up nicely and I loved seeing the growth of the characters during the final battle. I would have liked an epilogue to see a little farther into the future for everyone. But that is my only complaint and it's a small one.
review 2: It is a couple of days since I gave this a 5 star rating and upon reflection I am downgrading this book to a 4. As with all the other books it is a really enjoyable read and a lot happens, bu... moret the ending was so abrupt. What happened with the babies - with the two tairon kitlings?. There were other loose threads as well. Really, after reading 2500 pages (or thereabouts) of a story I loved, I would have liked an extended finish that tied up all the loose ends. less
