review 1: TWO MASTERS FOR ALEX is out of this world phenomenal. This is, by far, one of the best D/s stories I have ever had the pleasure to read. Claire Thompson incorporates every important aspect required for a romantic BDSM relationship and she does it with gusto! The one element about this story that really hooked me is the fact that these people aren't all strangers. Liam and Daniel have a developed relationship between themselves, but Liam is willing to let Daniel explore his feelings of dominance with a third party. Both of these men take all the precautions necessary to bringing a third into their fold. The romance that develops between the men and Alex really took my breath away. I always look forward to reading a story from Claire Thompson because she always puts her hear... moret and soul into both her characters and the storyline, never leaving me wondering if there could be more.Reviewed for Dark Angel Reviews
review 2: Let me just say that I really enjoy reading BDSM and the emotional dynamics that come along with it. This book did not disappoint. AT ALL. The story really made you feel connected to Liam, Daniel and Alex. I will be honest at times Daniel beyond pissed me off in his treatment of Alex but I think he was having a hard time settling into the fact that while he was her Master he was still a submissive and for awhile it took some getting used to. My heart broke for Alex. She truly did feel like nothing more than a toy to be used whenever they wanted but put away as soon as they were done. I know that while all of that sounds extreme you have to go through that to get to the really great part. Keep in mind their story goes over two books. Towards the end the all start to really melt together emotionally and the set up for the next part of the story is great. I would like to also mention for those of you that may not be familiar with Claire Thompson's work, she writes some EXTREMELY HOT SEX!!! The set up and the details especially on the bdsm side are fantastic. I would recommend this one to anybody that likes BDSM and those that may not have tried it before. less
