review 1: While it's a depressing topic to base a book on (date rape under the influence of roofies), the redeeming qualities of the story, including some excellent characters, help to make this more than just your average after school special. I'm interested in what is going to happen to these people after the last page and that's not something that always occurs when reading dramatic script. Recommended age demo is 14 years and up, mainly due to sensitive subject material and occasional use of coarse language. Definitely recommended for adults who have teen daughters.
review 2: This book was great. About a girl who is raped at a ski trip and doesn't speak out then her life starts to fall down around her. I really loved this book and I could relate to it. It was a great... more example of how a traumatic event could effect a person in a negative way but don't see it until it is almost too late. The book was a little dull in the middle with the repetitive theme of bulimia and anorexia but it was true to life and though slow was accurate. I loved this book and if you want an emotional, sort of crime novel, I would recommend this book less
