review 1: Always Summer is a great book. It does jump a bit but the timeline is so long that this is needed, plus we get all the info we need without filler. There are parts that are sad you don't want them to be going through it. There are really good parts though. Blake starts as shy teenager and becomes the ideal man. Yes he has demons but most in the book do. The happy parts could seem a bit contrived but to balance you need the seemingly happy ever afters to counteract the devastating moments.
