review 1: Read it for free off of Google's Play Books. I didn't know what I was getting myself into but I decided to read it. The name of the book caught my attention. I agree that it ended too quickly, but then again, it's just a part from the actual book. I liked what Daisy Goodwin had to say about the story as well as where she got her ideas etc.Looking forward to reading the entire book.

... moreike a companion piece for the full length novel The American Heiress. I'm guessing as it was a little confusing. This was a free kindle book and though the writing style was enjoyable I don't think I'll be reading the full novel. less

This book is definitely written to intrigue and make the reader want to read The American Heiress.
