review 1: Oh, my glob, where was this when I was a fourth-grader?! This is a delightful story about friendship between a nerdy girl who is a bit of a loner and a narcissistic unicorn who has a way with backhanded compliments, and it is complete with a bully, a crush, and caring parents. Diversity-wise, this is pretty weak, but so was Calvin and Hobbes, and this is a comic for smart children and smart-ass children-at-heart in the vein of Calvin and Hobbes. Funny, cute, and sweet -- like most awkward little fourth-graders. A+.
