review 1: The Trouble With Half a Moon is a bittersweet novel of loss & moving on. Dellie wishes she could go back to when her brother was alive; before he was killed in a terrible accident Dellie thinks is her fault. Her mother stays in bed all day, and her father isn't the cheerful fun loving dad she knew. When she meets an abused boy, Corey, and feeds and plays with him, she begins to heal, and maybe with the help of the new neighbour, she can even begin to move on.
