review 1: Wow... I always liked Darrell Hammond but I never thought he really was this tortured. This is a great book, very funny but also very sad. I especially loved how in-depth he described the behind-the-scenes action of SNL. Another reason to be a fan: here's a guy that did all the gigs he possibly could because he knew he wouldn't be in show business forever, to save for his family's future. Very cool.
review 2: Wow, Darrell really lived an intense life. It just proves that fame and fortune cannot buy happiness. He fought his demons and won. I loved his style of writing. He has perfect comedic timing, even in the midst of describing many unpleasant times in his life.
