review 1: A got this book free when I brought an advanced copy of a wishing season. This short story is a typical romance novel. Not very realistic but two great characters and old friends re-connecting and falling in love. Layla and Seth go to Layla ex- fiancée and cousin and Seth ex best friend wedding together. Seth tells the happy couple that Layla and him are getting married due to Jess (bride & cousin) being mean to Layla. The story is around their upcoming pretend wedding? What I didn't realise until the end of the story was this story is about Beckett's sister Layla. Beckett and Madison story is covered in the first book of chapel spring series.
review 2: After Seth announces their fake engagement at her ex’s wedding, Layla must ask him to continue the prete... morense after a prospective client agrees to view her work because of it. In return, Layla agrees to help Seth decorate his house for a holiday home tour. Before long, their feelings for each other are harder to ignore. Seth and Layla’s story is sweet & heartwarming. I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quick, light romance. less
