review 1: I loved the whole series..... I cant review each book individually as was so drawn into the series to see what else could be thrown at Ava and Mason that it would be impossible. This series had me laughing, crying, hoping and praying for Ava and Mason.... Ava had one of the worst starts in life, is saved by a crime lord who takes her in and takes her on as a surrogate daughter.... she meets Mason and even their love isnt simple..... kidnapped, raped, abused, lost babies.... and more. I wanted to climb into the books and hold her, comfort her and at times give Mason a bloody good kicking... a highly recommended series to read and be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster ride x
review 2: Took me a while to get through this book. At times I could see things comi... moreng and I knew that Ava was going to crash and burn… Or that Mason was going to screw up and get angry… But it made the book more exciting. The whole under ground mobster part of the story only plays into it just a little bit. There is a true dynamic between these two characters that is intense and crazy. I liked this book the characters are well written although they probably need a little bit more background information. There are some grammatical errors and editing issues that need to be dealt with but as a whole the book was good i'm going to read the next one because this one was left with the cliffhanger. But at $.99 who can resist. less
