review 1: The fourth and final book in the Horngate Witches series is a book to be devoured. It is not going to be easy. Or fair. Or anything like what you want it to be. It will hurt you and give you joy. It will have you cursing at the pages and cheering the characters on. Don't take my word for it, read the series if you want to laugh, cry, scream, and laugh. Well written Ms. Francis, well written.
review 2: I am just sorry to see the series end! I can only hope that the reason Dianah left some loose ends is so she visit Hornegate again - maybe in a off shoot or short story. On the other hand, out of the four books this is my least favorite and can't pin a reason to it only it's a little harder to follow than the rest. Having said that, this is by far my favo... morerite series in the paranormal genre, which is my favorite genre. Diana brings her unique world alive with her in depth characters and makes brings you into this world with her. Because of this series I have become an advid fan of Dianah and thank you goodreads because it is because of you and Dianah that I was lucky of win the 2nd book in your giveaway. Thank goodness- otherwise I don't know how long it would have took me to find this author. Warning though, once you start reading, you will get sucked into the characters- so much though at one part of this book brought tears to my eyes which by the way was a first for me. If you like the parnormal genre or even if this is not your normal read, do yourself a favor and pick up this series- you won't reget it! less
