review 1: This was super great! Normally I just watch the animation as I thought the art was too tiny and confusing to read - I thought it should be a bigger format like Akira is. But I borrowed one from the library and I started reading it on the train home and it worked excellently to block out in a super cool way any uncool things happening around me (meaning, horribly boring and tedious journey). I was thoroughly entertained by the story and art the whole time and it also made me laugh. My Hero! I love all the little extra bits aswell, like the character breakdown and back story before the volume begins and the authors' Q $ A corner is cute. I love One Piece. Great fun.
review 2: This volume starts off with Chapter 306: Doughnut Race.In the One Piece universe you hav
... moree your lull's in the storyline. Well that's what I like so much about manga and anime. It shows that there are different types of environments that many sailors get to see. We left off in the last volume of Luffy and the crew landing on an island with everything has grown to an abnormal height. Picking up in this volume, we meet the Foxy Pirates. Captain Foxy has challenged Luffy to a Davy Back Fight. Luffy the idiot he is has accepted. Read to find out more. less
