review 1: Diary of a Stalker is about, well a stalker. Pilar is Xavier Preston’s number one fan. Xavier is a writer. After they hook up after a book signing, Pilar becomes obsessed. The book is told from Pilar and Xavier’s point of views. I really liked that and felt it brought more to the story. The writing was decent, there were parts in the story that were hard to follow. When Pilar and Xavier were emailing back and forth for instance, it was hard to tell one some emails who was from who. There were a few conversations that were like that also. Overall I enjoyed the book and plan to read the second one.
review 2: Boy was Pilar crazy and yes in fact it was warranted because of her childhood, but she approached Xavier wrong. I'm not saying his actions were right ei... morether, but if you want love you can't just throw yourself at a man and expect him to fall in love. i do think it is some what true that women can't differentiate sex from love. Be honest and up front about you intentions, be faithfully, and be careful of stalkers. less
