The Art of D/s
review 1: OMFG. This book was absolutely, truly, sincerely AMAZING. I loved the first two but this one absolutely won the prize for the steamiest and most intense BDSM book of the trilogy. Ella Dominguez is a true master of the art form of erotic literature. As gritty and intense as this book was throughout, she captured the true essence of the D/s relationship with all of the intense emotions and attachment that go along with it. It is a tearjerker. I ended it feeling like I had been flung against the wall. The emotions are so real...right down to almost feeling like you are in subspace with Isa and coming down with her. And what better backdrop for this emotional ride than Paris? I thought that the switch of POVs was so smooth and introducing Sawyer's POV really was such an intere... moresting viewpoint. This book was written so well...this is definitely a trilogy in a class of its own.
review 2: Oh Ella. Ella. Ella. How I love thee. I've finally gotten my hands on this book albeit the last installment instead of starting from the first series. I couldn't resist so I delved right into the conclusion. I've read the excerpts from the first two series provided by GR so I feel I had some sense into what the storyline was and was familiar with the characters so I wasn't at a complete lost. I wasn't disappointed with the story at all so will read the previous ones very soon. less
