review 1: This book was sort of a mash up between victorian era, sci-fi, and YA. It was different, and I liked that. The difficulties she went through, while posing as her brother, so she could go to his school was well thought out. In my opinion. The plot was a little thin. but, I liked it in spite of all that. It was a fun read, that I enjoyed, and had me cheering the two main characters on. It does happy a happy ending too, so yes I liked this book.
review 2: I wanted to really like this book. The universe the author created was amazing. There was so much potential to explore how this universe came about, why humans were in the new Solar System, how they choose which moons to populate, etc. Instead this unique and special universe was white-walled over with the cli

The book did keep me intrigued, and I enjoyed reading it; however, I gave it two stars because I felt like this book could have been so much more. I look forward to reading more books by Emmaline Andrews to see if she lives up to creative promise. less

Ummm... I had a bit more expectations for this book, it wasn't that bad but it was not my favorite.
